![]() I appreciate that very much in this company, as it has allowed me to expand my personal and professional horizons, and take risks in a new role that I would likely be worried to try in another company culture. I like that we can try new things, and not all failures are terminal, sometimes it is a means of failing forward and learning valuable lessons. I tend to learn things very quickly and get bored, but after nearly two decades of working with Altium I have not had a single day where I felt I was bored, and not learning something new and useful.
